Challenge Coin Production Lead Time

Challenge coin production takes approximately 30 days from start to finish. Not including delivery to the customer. Statutory holidays may increase this lead times. While it is possible to rush some orders, there will be an additional cost if you require this service. We will always communicate with our customers if their may be lead time disruptions, such as holidays or postal interruptions.

Bespoke Watch Lead Time

Our current lead time for a bespoke watch, if we have the requested parts in stock, is 10 business days. Custom laser engraved dials require a minimum of a 2-week lead time to manufacture. If we do not have the requested parts in stock to complete the build, it can take approximately 4-5 weeks for completion. We will advise all customers of lead times, production status, any delays in the completion of their watch. By paying our deposit you agree that it constitutes a formal acceptance to these lead times.

All custom watches are built to order. Once you place an order, the respective parts will be quality checked and assigned to your build. We require a partial deposit for orders to guarantee your build as we have a significant investment in the time it takes to build a watch.

From time to time we may film the production of our custom watches for use on our social media. This allows us to show our customers that our watches and dials are truly hand crafted and assembled here in Canada. If you would like us to not film or post your custom watch please let us know. We will not share anything that identifies an individual, such as badge numbers.

The watches currently available in our Shop are already built and ready to ship.

Do you sell your dials individually?

We can produce customized dials for you as requested. Laser engraved brass or stainless steel dials take 2 weeks to produce and are $125 (CAD) individually. Please contact us for this service, as we do not offer it in the shop section of our website. We can not warranty any dials that have not been installed by us, and we are unable to offer refunds once the dials have been installed/used by a third party.

Can I have you create an order of kilt pins for me?

Yes! We have done custom kilt pins for clients before. The minimum order for a run of kilt pins is 25, as anything less is not cost efficient. Please contact us to discuss pricing as it is based on the quantity and size of the kilt pin.

WATCHES

Do your watches come with a Warranty?
Yes, all of our watches come with a 12 month warranty. Please click this link to view more information.

I like a watch in your shop, but I want a different strap, can I change it?
Yes. If you see a watch we have available in store ready to ship and you would like something different, please contact us to see what we have in stock. Their may be a delay in being able to ship it if we don’t have it in stock

Can you adjust the size of the bracelet for me?
Yes we can. Please let us know if you require this prior to shipping, otherwise all watches ship with the standard size bracelet. If we adjust the number of links we will always include them with the watch.

Can I pick a different movement for my watch?
Yes. Most of our watches use the Seiko NH35 or NH38 (no date version) as they are a reliable and durable movement. If you would like to upgrade your watch to a 28,800bph movement we have a few options available, including the Selitta SW200, the La Joux-Perret G100/G101, or the PT5000. Their is an additional cost to this upgrade as the movements are more expensive, so please contact us for updated pricing.

Why is one watch in your shop more expensive then another similar watch?
We offer ready to ship watches as well as our custom ones, and some of these watches will come with a higher grade of movement or case. Swiss movements and cases have a higher cost as we are not purchasing them in bulk quantities. The movement inside the watch will be clearly stated in the listing.
