Frequently Asked Questions

Challenge Coin Production Lead Time

Challenge coin production takes approximately 30-35 days from start to finish. Not including delivery to the customer. Statutory holidays may increase this lead time, so please be aware of that when placing orders. While it is possible to rush some orders, there will be an additional cost if you require this service.

Bespoke Watch Lead Time

Our current lead time for a bespoke watch, if we have the requested parts in stock, is 7 business days. Custom laser engraved dials require a minimum of a 2-week lead time to manufacture. If we do not have the requested parts in stock to complete the build, it can take approximately 4-6 weeks for completion. We will advise all customers of lead times and any delays in the completion of their watch.

All custom watches on our webstore are built to order. Once you place an order, the respective parts will be quality checked and assigned to your build. We require a partial deposit for orders to guarantee your build as we have a significant investment in the time it takes to build a watch.

The watches currently available in our Shop are already built and ready to ship.

Do you sell your dials individually?

We can produce customized dials for you as requested. Laser engraved brass or stainless steel dials take 2 weeks to produce and are $125 (CAD) individually. Please contact us for this service, as we do not offer it in the shop section of our website. We can not warranty any dials that have not been installed by us, and we are unable to offer refunds once the dials have been installed/used by a third party.

Can I have you create an order of kilt pins for me?

Yes! We have done custom kilt pins for clients before. The minimum order for a run of kilt pins is 25, as anything less is not cost efficient. Please contact us to discuss pricing as it is based on the quantity and size of the kilt pin.
