We know you are proud to serve your agency and community, so be proud of the challenge coin you carry that represents both. We pay as much attention to detail in our coin design and production as you do every day on the job. Rest assured, we will have your back to create something that honors your service.

We create unique challenge coins using the most advanced production techniques available, which allows us to provide incredible detail. Through this process, we can offer full colour printing of images in 3D, including people or detailed designs like Tartan. We can produce coins in various sizes, from 1.5” to 3”, or different shapes, such as patches/badges.

Coins are available in multiple finishes so you can have a coin that promotes exactly what you want, for an award, special anniversary, or commemoration. We can produce orders as low as 25 or as many as 1500. Pricing becomes better with larger order quantities.

Production Process
We will work with you to create the artwork for your coin. When it’s approved by you, it’s sent to be converted into a 3D mold for production. When the mold is completed and approved, the order is sent to production. Sample coins will be made for you to check and approve the design and details. After approval, the full order is produced and shipped. This process takes about 30 days from start to finish.

Challenge coins aren’t limited to the military or law enforcement, and as such we can make coins for your distillery, brand, company, sports team, or event! Distilleries and liquor brands are now creating their own challenge coins for brand enthusiast’s and collectors. Let us show you how your own challenge coin can assist in your brand recognition.

COIN OPTIONS

SHAPE -
Designing a challenge coin starts with your shape. Do you want it to be round like most coins, or do you want something unique, like the shape of a shoulder patch or wallet badge?

SIZE - Coin sizes can vary quite a bit, but the most common sizes today are 1.75” (44mm) and 2” (50mm) in diameter. A 2” coin provides for more detail and is a nicer feel in the hand or pocket.

PLATING - Coins are plated in different colours to achieve different aesthetic styles. The most popular colors are gold and silver, but plating colours include, and are not limited to: Imitation Gold/Silver, Antique Gold/Silver, Nickel, Antique Nickel, Brass, Copper, and Black Nickel.

EDGING - The trim edge style can be changed to achieve a different look or feel for your coin. These options include the Chisel cut, Oblique cut, Diamond cut, and Rope style, but custom options are available.
